CERTIFIED PRODUCTS AND SYSTEMS

The Target of Evaluation (TOE) is NC2.vpn+ V2.2.1. This includes the TOE application software, the configured HardenedBSD operating system and the TOE configuration needed to deliver the security features outlined in the Security Target. The TOE runs on a dedicated hardware platform but this is outside the evaluation’s scope and simply serves as the execution environment for the TOE software. Consequently, no security claims are made for the hardware platform.

The TOE offers the security functions needed to manage network communications, enforce access control policies, safeguard administrative access, establish secure communication channels, detect unauthorised network activities and generate audit records for security-related events.
